At Tresor Jewelry Inc, your satisfaction is very important to us. Within 14 days of receipt of your order, you may return or exchange any jewelry in its original condition along with its original packaging for a full refund less shipping charge. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

All we ask is that you send an email informing us or use our online return form which you can find in customer service section under printable forms that you want to return the goods and we will provide you our "Return Merchandise Authorization" RMA Number which you have to write on the top of the package.

Merchandise without "RMA" will not be accepted Packages must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept c.o.d. deliveries. We recommend that you use insured parcel post or priority mail for return shipment.
