Return Policy
At Tresor Jewelry Inc, your satisfaction is very important to us. Within 7 days of receipt of your order, you may return or exchange any jewelry in its original condition along with its original packaging for a full refund less shipping charge. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
All we ask is that you send an email informing us that you want to return the goods and we will provide you our "Return Merchandise Authorization" RMA Number which you have to write on the top of the package. Merchandise without "RMA" will not be accepted Packages must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept c.o.d. deliveries. We recommend that you use insured parcel post or priority mail for return shipment.
Note
- We don't accept returns or exchanges on custom cut chains and any custom personalized items but if you have any issues please get in touch with us, and we'll gladly provide assistance with your concerns.
- The chain spool is 100 ft. so any chain order less than 100 ft. will be considered a custom cut chain. We don't accept any returns on sold items. No exception.
