Processing time

- Our usual processing time is (1-3 business days), exceptions may apply for certain products. If you need your order in a rush, select the expedited shipping option.
- Orders placed on weekends are processed on the following business day


- We ship with USPS flat rate in most cases.
-If you need a signature required in your delivery please select USPS Priority Mail service. Is available for domestic and international shipping.
- The customer is responsible for providing the correct address with the order
- If you prefer a signature-required package, kindly request this service. Once the order is delivered by one of our carriers, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or delivery to an incorrect address.
- We recommend to buy an insurance for your order, as we are not responsible for any order with out insurance. You can buy the insurance in our website section:
- USPS, FedEx, UPS estimated delivery days are not guaranteed. Packages might not be scanned by USPS on the same day of accepting, it can take a couple of days to process.
- We are not responsible for USPS, FedEx, UPS delivered and undelivered packages with tracking numbers. We cannot claim insurance for delivered packages. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier in this case.
- For guaranteed time delivery, and substantially expensive orders, please select USPS, FedEx or UPS shipping options when check out.
- We use the method of shipment selected by the customer for that reason we do not guarantee the delivery time if the carrier is delayed.

Air packages

-For ALL THE AIR PACKAGES: please provide us a physical address and phone number for accurate delivery, because USPS, FedEx and UPS do not allow delivery to a P.O. box address.
- After purchasing an air package, your order will be delivered on the next business day. Please note that any delays caused by the carrier are beyond our responsibility.

Shipping to other countries

All duties, taxes, VAT, and customs clearing charges are the customer’s responsibility. Tresor Jewelry Inc. does not take responsibility for these charges. If the package was not accepted by the customer both outbound and inbound shipping will be charged to the customer if any such charges have to be paid by Tresor Jewelry Inc.
