- We don't accept returns or exchanges on custom cut chains and any custom personalized items but if you have any issues please get in touch with us, and we'll gladly provide assistance with your concerns.
- The chain spool is 100 ft. so any chain order less than 100 ft. will be considered a custom cut chain. We don't accept any returns on sold items. No exception.
- Every claim must be made within 7 days after the delivery

- All measurements are taken outside of the link (outer diameter).
- All cut chains come in one continuous piece.
-In some cases products are not available, we will ship whatever product we have in stock, for unavailable products we issue the refund.
